Brandon & Erika make up the duo team, that is Aran Farms. But we cannot forget to mention our four-legged-farm-hands: Forrest Gump & Benjamin Buford (Bubba) Blue ; who will undoubtedly greet you when you come to visit.

This team is wholeheartedly passionate about creating a life that is worth living. Reconnecting back to nature, and transforming their “old selves” into something new & organic.

Having left New York & their corporate jobs behind - Brandon an electrician | Erika an interior designer - they had set their eyes on something bigger than themselves, they wanted to get back to their roots and live among natures best qualities. When COVID-19 had swept the country by storm; they in the midst of the pandemic came to the realization that we all should be growing our own vegetables & herbs; living off the land.

With that decision they dug apart their small backyard and began their small 125sqft backyard garden; to which fulled this fire within them, producing a dream of their own homestead & cut flower farm.

As their small backyard garden began to expand with introduction of 6 chickens & a McCormick Farmall tractor, they began to feel the need to expand onto a larger scale… the need to share their garden, the need to share their flowers, the need to share their love for nature.

So they settled down on a beautiful 16+ acre parcel here in Fluvanna County. Hoping to bring their passion to the people of their new community.
